[September Free Report] Anaerobic Digester and renewable energy.

by Heidy Michell Albor Vargas | 01-10-2022 07:56 recommendations 2

Fossil fuels. The enemies of the century.
When we listen to fossil fuels we assume about a lot of different things, just as energy, facility or economising, but we can also think of them as contamination, climate crisis or atmospheric emissions.
Fossil fuels have helped a lot, nonetheless, we are being affected by their usage. That is why we should find efficient alternatives and not compromise the future.

It is hard to endeavour attention so people could decide to live on the sustainable trail despite it being valid to try to be listened to by corporations, the government and the people.
We have efficient, low-priced, safe alternatives that do not emit greenhouse gasses.

An alternative that engages me is the anaerobic digester.
Anaerobic digestion becomes the production of biogas, an alternative to our food waste ending in a landfill.
It generates electricity and can supply the country. Yet it also produces heat and energy.
The anaerobic digester processes 30 000 tons of foodstuffs per year and uses 2 to 7 acres.
Using Mexico as an example, in 2019, there were 931 million tons of food waste. If there were 31033 anaerobic digesters, that food would be a resource, not garbage.
Anaerobic Digesters also require maintenance, inversion and protean conditions.
But I would like to cite a quote by Piyush Goyal: ¡°Renewable energy is no more expensive than fossil fuel when life-cycle costs are taken into account.¡±
Now I would emphasise the basis of this recycling option:

Everything starts with hydrolisthesis
The anaerobic breakdown of polysaccharides, lipids, and proteins until turning organic macromolecules into sugars, organic acids and alcohols.
The responsible for this process are exoenzymes generated by fermentative bacteria.
Secondly, Acidogenesis:
The decomposition of simple molecules (volatile or short-chain fatty acids, alcohols, carbon dioxide and hydrogen) by acidogenic bacteria
Then, Acetogenesis
Simple molecules become acetic acid, hydrogen and carbon dioxide.
And ultimately, Methanogenesis:
Methanogenic bacteria transform the fermentation product components into methane gas and carbon dioxide.
The operated bacteria are strict anaerobes, so this is the cause of the Anaerobic Digester name.
It may seem complicated but a quotation from Rod Blagojevich may give you a new outlook "Biofuels are the future of energy in this nation and the world¡±
Biogas is an alternative. The anaerobic digester is our tool.
We require 1,75 planets more to satisfy the needs of the actual society. The global cost is noticeable.

Alternative energy is not an option. It is a need.

Anaerobic digesters can be in houses, both people and countries are using them around the world. So it is worthwhile to make this option known and accessible to more people.
Some groups develop and assemble their anaerobic digester, and others purchase it.
The UK has at least 50 anaerobic digesters operating.
I wish we do not stay behind because the countries investing in alternative energies now will be the leaders of tomorrow.
It is a big transition, but it values.
Anaerobic Digester is a way of superseding fossil fuels.
RENEWABLE, CLEAN, SUSTAINABLE, AND ALTERNATIVE ENERGIES ARE THE FUTURE.
Anaerobic Digester is one member more of them.
LET'S GO GREEN!

    Hi, Heidy Michell Albor Vargas!
    This is your mentor, Yoon.

Thank you for introducing the anaerobic digester, which can produce biogas from food waste. I like how you used indent to emphasize 'Alternative energy is not an option. It is a need.' I hope one day that many countries can fully utilize the opportunity of the anaerobic digester.

Great job on writing the free report!
I am looking forward to reading your following report!

Hello, this is your mentor Minkyung.

I've never heard of 'anaerobic digester', so this report was very interesting and informative! I was surprised that anaerobic digestion can produce so much energy. I think we should come up with more innovative ideas to overcome the drawbacks of fossil fuels and make use of new technology.

For the record, if you didn't take the picture, please include the reference!

Thank you for an insightful report :)
