29th Ambassadorship
Title: [February thematic report] Green Leaders of the Next Generation
Month 6, Report 2

Green practices and environmental pro-behavior are now required. It is mandatory for an organization to have green and ecofriendly activities to be done to attain sustainable competitive advantage and sustained green growth. Developing green processes and products, recycling and reusing, and challenging ecologically harmful practices are just a few examples of the broad range of environmentally responsible activities that make up green organizational behavior at work. By creating a climate that is receptive and conducive to green organizational behavior, a transformational leadership plays a great role.

Human lives are in risk, ecosystem is being threatened, and it is more crucial than ever for people to protect and conserve nature and natural resources. The role of the green leaders is vital in the fight against the unfolding environmental catastrophe and problems. When the negative effects of climate change become more and more visible and distinctive, young people need to take the huge initiative or campaigns for sustainability and environmental preservation. We define leaders as those who look for, have an impact on, and alter society both personally and collectively. One of the main duty of green leaders is to work on the promotion of environmental issues. They promote awareness of the importance of resource conservation, waste reduction, and wildlife protection through their platforms. They inspire people to take action through their advocacy.

It is certain that the future can be positively impacted by the right talent in the right place. Future of the globe and yours is within our hands and our practices. At Green Leaders, we think a world powered by clean energy and reduced carbon emissions is attainable. Radical green inventiveness is needed for nations and organizations to achieve sustainable development.

The main objective of rising nations is development. Developing countries will be compelled to take the tried-and-true path of fossil fuel-based development in order to supply their citizens with needs like power, healthcare, and education if they do not receive enough support and access to low-carbon energy. Developed countries must adopt the role of servant leaders in order to ensure that all nations can take the required national action to mitigate and tackle climate change while encouraging inclusive global cooperation that supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A new model for attaining economic growth based on digital technologies, taking into account the aspects of social and environmental security, is urgently needed.
