Peru, a country blessed with rich mineral resources, has long been a global player in the mining industry. As the demand for metals continues to rise, so does the imperative for sustainable practices in mining. Embracing Sustainable Technologies In response to global calls for responsible resource extraction, the Peruvian mining industry has begun integrating sustainable technologies into its operations. @Melissa Menlah Adu. Yes! Formal mining in Peru is making efforts to include sustainable technologies in its operations. It is incredible, I have visited an open pit mine in Cajamarca, Peru and I could see its progress and efforts. Formal and responsible mining is what we should support! Thank you for your comment 💚
