It is also the proactive and systematic monitoring, control and optimization of an organization’s energy consumption to conserve use and decrease energy costs. It is important to use energy efficiently so as to produce maximum results at little costs.  This is very easy and useful as energy can be transformed from one type to another. There are different types of energy such as mechanical, sound, thermal, nuclear, electromagnetic, electrical and chemical energy.
