The plant used for liver diseases named  Phylanthus Fraternus is also used for curing cancer announced the Department of Veterinary Science, Tamilnadu and the Department of Science and Technology, Tamilnadu.  The juice extracted by sax let method and it converted into powder.  This powder is injected to stem cells and then the research is developed to find the immunity against the cancer.  The juice saves the bone marrow.  Super broccoli also prevents cancer and heart diseases.  It was announced by Norwich Food Research and Innis Centre which was in England Super Broccoli has enormous glucorophin which prevents the cancer and heart diseases.  Our green plants itself have a medicinal values, not only this but all plants have the medicinal value of its own.  Then why can?t we prefer vegetarian food?  In my speech ?Go Vegetarian? is one of my topics.  I am belonging to vegetarian family.  I changed our family friends by telling the goodness of vegetables to vegetarian food from non vegetarian food.  Fruits and vegetable salads save the fuel too.  They are very nutrious too.  I stress these points to my peers wherever I go for the awareness speech. Cooking of non vegetarian takes too much time compare to the vegetarian.  Burning gas or using microwave oven itself pollution.  Moreover too much oil and fat is not good for our health too.

I know the medicinal value of Phylanthus Fraternus which used to cure my uncles's jaundice. I heard this from my mother. I heard the plants and its medicinal values from my grandpa, grandma and other elders in my family. In this article I translate what is in the newspaper which was also new to me.
