Baguio Is Not As Cold As Usual

According to weather records in the Philippines, it is the first time that the temperature did not go below 10C in Baguio for the past ten years (it is supposed to be the coldest place in the country). Usually at this time of the year, the temperature registers some days below 10C. The office of PAGASA that monitors the weather said "It is clearly the impact of global warming".
