As per my plan for being ambassador to Nepal I along with my friends carried 4 day long environmental awareness and sapling distribution program in rural area of my region,Nepal. It was being conducted by five members of Helping Earth Nepal club and it was a huge success. Nearly it benefited six hundred students and around thousand villagers.to make this program sustainable we have made link and networking with the Eco club working actively there so that they can inform us about different environmental activities and progress taking place there.
We conducted different competitions like art for juniors and speech and essay for seniors. The theme was on how to save the local enviroment locally and through it we were able to aware the people about their local environment and aware them the ways to conserve it. The people were interactive and supportive who helped us through out the program.
We also emphasized on the networking for environment conservation through different medium and Tunza pamphlet were distributed and explained how they can get maximum out of it.
In a nut shell the program was successful and we were able to meet our goals and we were able to aware them, support them and finally made them to realize the need for conservation of environment.

it was great to see enthusiasm from you all Sabin!! I hope though small help from Nepali Youth at GUTHI helped you manage some resources. We hope to see more from you and your team and look forward to collaborate in coming days.
there is no doubt that you all did great job, may I suggest to follow the program in Moran itself instead of taking the project in other district and take it to a level from where others can replicate it or make it sustainable in Moran first. Just suggestion!!
