World Hypertension Day (WHD) celebrated each year on 17th May to aware people about the danger of Hypertension. Hypertension or High Blood Pressure is common disease of the day throughout the world and linked to number of other disease as well.
High blood pressure caused by tension, sleeplessness & anger etc. and directly linked to the human behaviour and number of other diseases as well. It is an epidemic of modern era and know as "Silent Killer". Hypertension lead to the damaged organ and failure of organ system heart attack, stroke and kidney failure. Normal Blood Pressure of a healthy human should be 120/80 but the blood pressure 140/90 or above considered as Hypertension. If you have blood pressure above average level, do not need to worry, follow the tips bellow along with medications:
Tips to Cure Hypertension:
- Exercise Regularly
- Eat Healthy Diet
- Reduce intake of Sodium
- Do not Smoke
- Do not drink Alcohol
Like other countries number of peoples in Pakistan also suffering from this disease. Every second person in Pakistan is suffering from Hypertension and everyday 2000 patients die in Pakistan due to Hypertension. Also everyday around 1000 patients in Pakistan get attack of Paralysis.
So Young Gun's of TUNZA lets join hand to eradicate/reduce the cases of Hypertension from our societies through our young and powerful voice and keep people aware about this Silent Killer. We just need to do a few things:
- Identify the Hypertension cases in your country
- Start spreading the massage to keep people aware
Start from you home/school/colleges/universities/workplace to keep people healthy.
