To claim your prize, please follow these steps and confirm the condition:
¡á Please reply to the email sent from ecogeneration@samsung.com within 2 days to claim your prize with the accurate delivery address including postal code and contact number. If neither the winner nor the nominator reply back to us within 4 business days (before January 8th), the Hidden Eco-hero position will be automatically be succeeded to the next candidate.
¡á The winning certificate and gift will be delivered by DHL. We cannot deliver the winning prizes to the countries where the DHL service cannot be reached. Although DHL Express does offer an opportunity for Eco-generation to pay the taxes and duties before shipping out the prize, there are some countries where this action is prohibited due to the national policy of that specific country. If this is the case, then the receiver will be responsible for paying the tax in order to claim the prizes. In addition, due to the current situation with COVID-19, please be aware that the delivery may be subject to delay.
¡á Both the Nominator and Eco Hero/Heroine must take a picture together along with their prize and certificate as soon as they receive them. This is to confirm whether the certificates and souvenirs have been received by the right persons. If the nominator and the winner cannot meet in person, both should take the picture separately and send an email to Eco-generation from both sides.
¡á Winners must have an interview with the nominator so that we can publish the reports on our website. We would like to ask the nominators to prepare questions for the winners for this interview in regards to the award-winning. Please refer to the interviews from the 2014 Hidden Eco-Hero Awards at THIS LINK, 2015 Hidden Eco-Hero Awards at THIS LINK, 2016 Hidden Eco-Hero Awards at THIS LINK and 2017 Hidden Eco-Hero Awards at THIS LINK, 2018 Hidden Eco-Hero Awards at THIS LINK, and 2019 Hidden Eco-Hero Awards at THIS LINK. Taken pictures and interview should be sent to ecogeneration@samsung.com before February 28th 2021.
