  I do have a lot of social media accounts and I use them according to their uses, targeted audiences and for my purpose, how I want to deliver my post, and so on.

  Among all, my favorite social media is “Linked in”. And I use this platform more than other social media. This is the platform where I can get connected with lots of people from different fields, and diverse cultures and can reach out to a number of people. I find a number of opportunities here. This is the world??s largest professional and influencing social network on the internet, this is the platform that excels us with various skills, I use it to find the right internship, and connect and strengthen professional relationships, it doesn??t starts and ends with unnecessary gossip but with a strong professional growth mindset. This platform gives everyone the ability to showcase our profile, expertise, connections, and recommendations. One of the most valuable features of LinkedIn is LinkedIn skill Assessment, which assists job seekers and recruiters. It boosts our profile and builds awareness and professionalism. Plenty of opportunities are offered by LinkedIn for those on the job market. It assists in gathering information, and knowledge, getting inspired, making evocative relationships, and marketing ourselves. I have been posting my every achievement here in this place, and it has reached to a number of people, I found a number of friends with a similar mind set and getting learned from them are really pleasing.
  
  Since I am a graduate student now so I am using this platform much, seeking an internship, Graduate Research Assistantship to pursue my further studies, and I believe that it will help me to achieve my dream.

  Most of my relatives are illiterate and the most common app in Nepal that everyone can easily understand is Facebook, so I opened my Facebook account back in 2014 to be in touch with my relatives, and get connected with a larger audience, friends, and with other people as most of the people have facebook account. I post my pictures, and content on Facebook. Up to now, I have more than 3000 Facebook friends. I had also run Tunza Eco-Network, Nepal??s Facebook page since 2018 and it has around 2500 members, where each ambassador from Nepal posts the activities, and programs and organizes environmental campaigns. I enjoy watching news feeds, and stories where I can get updates on my friends and the pages that I had followed.

  Many of my college friends are there on Instagram, so this is the most convenient app for me to get connected with them plus the reels of Instagram are really so much entertaining and funny as well. There is a lot of good content creator on Instagram who posts educational content which is equally important for personal growth too. If I had free time I keep scrolling through Instagram. I post my pictures, memories lane, follow book authors, inspiring personalities sports person, inspiring celebrities. This platform is the complete package of fun, entertainment, and knowledge.
  
  4. Tik ToK:
  I am fun loving person. Acting, dancing, and poetry is my favorite hobby. From the hustle of work, our energy is drained up. So I use tiktok for entertainment, and fun and post all the memorable moments through videos. I learned various good life hacks, cooking recipes, and gardening ideas from TikTok. I find it entertaining and if used wisely is a good source of learning new ideas.

  I use Facebook and Instagram the most. It allows me to connect with friends and family. I follow many poetry pages and dogs/cats profiles on Facebook & Instagram and for me its a great way to kill boredom. Moreover, I get to know about lot of opportunities through Facebook and Instagram.

  My favorite social media application is "Goodwall" though I do not use it as much as I would like to it is still my favorite social media platform!! You might not know Goodwall before now - let me introduce it to you.

  My favourite social media is Instagram (I have 2 personal profiles: Heidyalbor and heidymercury)
  I enjoy it because I can communicate with friends, post photos, share information and see the content.
  I also have a scientific disclosure account called sumillercientifico that I created recently in order to post information and share exciting content about scientific and technological approaches.
  I also follow my favourite creators and see the posts of the authors of my favourite books (Pere Estupinya, Javier Santoloalla and Yuval Noah)

I use LinkedIn the most because I can connect with a lot of people in several domains from Non-Profit CEOs to billion-dollar company CEOs, Scientists, Educators, and Students, and can reach out to them for learning more about their work.   I use Instagram the most because most of my friends are there on Instagram so it is very convenient for me to stay in touch with them plus I like scrolling through the reels in my free time, it's fun and quite addictive. Basically Instagram is a complete package for my entertainment.
  I also use YouTube because it gives access to variety of content, be it music video or any educational video everything is just one click away.
