Hello! This is a notice from Eco-generation.

 

In order to protect personal information of members who have not used the service for a long time, Eco-generation will shift the user account who have not log on to the Eco-generation site for at least 365 days into inactive status and separately keep their personal information in accordance with Article 16.1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. of Korea.

 

It is the policy of Tunza Eco-generation to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing inactive accounts and to adhere to sound personal information protection practices.

 

We encourage users to actively log in and use Tunza Eco-generation when you register an account. To keep your account active, be sure to log in within one year of your last update before August 17, 2015. Accounts may be permanently removed due to prolonged inactivity of three years.

 

 

▶ Date of the shift into inactive status: August 18, 2015 ▶ Personal information to be separately kept: Name, Username, DOB, Country, e-mail address

 

Inactivity is based on a logging in to an account. Any member who does not use our services within one year time period will be considered “Inactive”.

 

Therefore, any member who does not use a range of our services on a regular basis shall be turned into “Inactive”. Please note that you may not be able to tell whether an account is currently inactive, as not all signs of account activity are publicly visible.

 

Though your username has been deactivated, you can apply for re-use of inactive usernames after the date of the shift and immediately use your username again by going through the verification process. To make your user account active, you can receive new password to your registered email address via account activation page.

 

If you do not want your user account to be shifted into an inactive account, please log on to the Eco-generation site before August 17, 2015. If you do not log on to the site before this date, your username will be automatically shifted into an inactive status.

 

As of August 18, users who do not log-in to their account cannot read the contents of Tunza Eco-generation. We do appreciate your kind understanding in advance.
