Dear Eco-generation members in India, First of all, we apologize that the announcement has been delayed. It was tough to decide the winners and honorable mentions among many entries. Before announcing the full list, we would like to share jury's comment on the overall entries this year.
We are thrilled to announce the winners of the 2015 Eco-generation Environmental Leadership Competition in India as follows
The awarding ceremony will be held at Samsung Engineering India office located in Noida. (Samsung Engineering India Private Ltd. Advant Navis, Plot #7, Level 12~15, Sector 142, Expressway Noida, U.P. (201305) India) Our secretariat in India will contact you individually to inform the winners about the details of the awarding ceremony. Eco-generation team will contact two winners for further invitation process of 2016 GYELS. Congratulations everyone!!! Thank you all for your participation. We'll see you at the awarding ceremony. Sincerely yours, Eco-generation team ※ Please note that there is a possibility that the awarding ceremony might be canceled. If the awarding ceremony is canceled, we shall send the certificate and the souvenir directly to the winners. We do appreciate your understanding in advance. ※ Flight route for 2016 GYELS trip is from Delhi to Incheon. Winners should be in Delhi airport on Janaruy 24, 2016 to join this trip. ※ Trip to Korea will last for 5 days in January, 2016. Guardian from Samsung Engineering or partner organization shall accompany the winner for the whole trip. All flights and accommodation will be covered with meal allowances also provided. Economy class flight tickets will be offered. Two winners shall share one twin room upon genders. English speaking skill is mandatory to participate in the program. For more details of the trip, please contact ecogeneration@samsung.com ※ Parents cannot accompany the trip to GYELS. Chaperones from respective Samsung Engineering Offices or partner organization shall accompany the trip from each country to Korea. ※ Only the worldwide winners can accompany ONE chaperone under the condition to bear their own flight expense. Rest of the cost for the worldwide chaperones shall be burden by Samsung Engineering. ※ There is a possibility that the 2016 Global Youth Eco-Leadership Summit can be canceled. If the 2016 GYELS is canceled, only the certificate and the souvenirs shall be given to the winners. ※ The personal information must be correct. Eco-generation is not responsible for any problem caused by incorrect personal information. If the selected applicant does not respond to Eco-generation's notice e-mail in 5 business days, the selection will be automatically canceled and the opportunity will be given to the next applicant. |
