Learn the art of influential storytelling! Use the power of Public Narrative to write a winning college application essay! Addressing the urgent needs of students transitioning to undergraduate and graduate studies, Nepal Leadership Academy is proud to offer the “Narrative Impact: Storytell Your Way Into College workshop”! Designed at Harvard University’s Center for Public Leadership, the workshop will equip you with a very powerful leadership communication framework and enable you to communicate your story impactfully in your college application essays. You will learn to use the Public Narrative framework to influence the audience through stories in any context, including job interviews, presentations, team meetings, and speeches. You will be engaged throughout the 4 hour workshop and learn the concepts in a fun way through examples and video dissection. You will also get a chance to apply the Public Narrative framework during the workshop to draft your application essay and get feedback on it. After the workshop, you’ll get a one-time opportunity to get personalized feedback on your actual application essay that you’ll write using the learnt framework. This one of a kind workshop is happening on March 7, 2020 in Nepal Leadership Academy’s office in Sanepa. The cost of attendance is Rs. 2500.
