About the facilitator:

Sri Ram Timilsina, NVC Guy from Nepal, is a NVC Practitioner and founder of NVC Practice Group Nepal. He has expertise in leadership and communication skills, mediation skills, group facilitation and psychosocial counseling.

With over a decade of teaching experience, presently he is pursuing his interest in leadership and effective communication using Nonviolent Communication (NVC) developed by Marshall Rosenberg. He has conducted trainings, seminars, coaching sessions and mediation work to more than 20,000 students, teachers, parents, youth leaders and women groups in National and International communities.

He has stellar academic credentials - Masters in English and Political Science from Tribhuvan University, followed by Masters in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal University, International training on Multiple Intelligence and Neuroscience, International Intensive Trainings on Nonviolent Communication and Group Facilitation Courses. In his blossoming as a facilitator, he has been a continuous learner.
