Have you ever thought about earthworm? Have you ever thought about its uses? Large amount of biodegradable waste come from kitchen, animal farm and agriculture like crop residue, fallen leaves etc. But have you ever thought about utilizing these waste into a precious thing? These biodegradable wastes can be efficiently converted into valuable organic manure with the help of earthworm-a very important worm which not only aerate the soil but also can convert biodegradable waste into valuable organic manure with the simple technology called vermicomposting.


If you are interested to know about vermicomposting and vermiculture hurry up to apply. Agriculture Student Liasion Forum is organizing a program "ASLF's Grand Vermicomposting Training"

 

Details of program:

 

Features: 

·         Two days Training

·         Presentation on vermicomposting

·         Vermiculture Farm Visit

·         Demonstration of Vermicomposting

·         Interaction with farmer

·         Result demonstration

·         Direct involvement of participant for more than 3 months.

 

Date/Time/Venue:
1st day: 27th Jan 2018,10:00AM onwards at PG Seminar Hall AFU, Rampur, Chitwan Nepal

2nd day: 3rd Feb 2018, 10:00AM onwards at Vermicomposting Farm, Fulbari, Chitwan, Nepal


Registration Fee: NPR 500


Number of participants: 40

 

Deadline to apply: Not late than 25th Jan 2018, 11:00PM

    This training is real a worth stuff, specially for those who are seeking practical knowledge based on agriculture. I am one of the candidate who is receiving this training and I've learned a much. The training is ongoing and I am really excited for remaining days of my training.

    wooow.... This is a very nice movement. It will be an excellent learning platform for those in attendance. To reach more people, i think during the training they should go LIVE on Facebook and / Twitter so that even those not in attendance benefit. This is because the information that will be given is extremely important.
