The competition tells the story of the urban environment though our theme ?Cities at Work? and how these environments change as you move through the 24 hours in a day. Photos do not have to be taken on the same day and photos do not have to be entered exactly in to the hour that they were taken (allowing flexibility if you have 2 or more great shots from the same hour).

Welcome to the Urban Photographer of the Year competition 2015. Enter now for a chance to win the photography trip of a lifetime! 

Established in 2008 the competition is the largest of its kind receiving over 11,500 entries from 79 countries across the globe in 2014.

The theme for the competition is ?Cities at Work? through which we challenge you to alter our perceptions of daily life in urban environments. The contest is free to enter and you can submit up to 24 images each one representing an hour of the day.

For every entry in the Urban Photographer of the Year competition, CBRE will make a donation to leading children's development charity, Plan International.
