WHAT IS IYLP?
The program at its core is a leadership development program which seeks to bring together some 50 youths between the ages of 20 and 30 years, from different nationalities, religious and cultural backgrounds to:

• Educate participants in realizing their true capabilities and responsibilities
• Provide the conceptual foundation for spearheading initiatives to bring about meaningful change.
• Reflect upon the various issues faced in inter-civilizational relations in today?s world.
• Develop effective strategies and action-plans in addressing the many civilization challenges they each face.

Below are the following requirements for participants who are interested in applying:

• Candidates should be between 20 and 30 years of age. 
• Good Command in the English language
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Awareness in current world affairs
• Able to exhibit respect and understanding towards other religions and cultures

While the majority cost of accommodation, meals and seminar facilities will be borne by the organizers of IYLP, participants, upon their successful application, will have to pay a Commitment Fee of RM50 (USD15) within 14 days of their successful application
