KMC Alumni Legal Sector (KALS) in collaboration with KMSS Lalitpur Law Alumni, KMC Students Committee and KMC Legal Club announces an Article Writing Competition, 2021. The program aims to develop research and writing skills of students and is highly motivated to aware students on the importance of checks and balances in each organs of government. *Topic: Separation of Power: Practices in Nepal with reference to Sherbahadur Deuba and others v. Office of the President of Nepal et al. , 2078. (Writ no. 077-WC-0071). *How to participate? Participants shall register their name for the participation. The registration link is https://docs.google.com/.../1FAIpQLSe796fo9Zv.../viewform *Eligibility Students from any colleges studying in intermediate and bachelor level are eligible to participate in the competition. *Submission Guidelines 1. The submission shall be made only in English or Nepali language. 2. Participant must submit an abstract (maximum of 150 words) along with article. 3. All texts must be justified with font type Times New Roman, font size 12 and line spacing 1.5 for the submission in English language. 4. All texts must be justified with font type Kalimati, font size 12 and line spacing 1.5 for the submission in Nepali language. 5. The prescribed word limit is 1500-3000 words excluding footnotes. 6. Participants may use any citation method. However, uniformity throughout the text must be maintained. 7.
