1. Terms:

1. The term "Contest" refers to the video competition ?Green Penang, Count Me In?.
2. The "Contestant" is the qualified participant who takes part in the video competition.

2. Eligibility:

1. The participant must be a Malaysian resident residing, studying or working in Malaysia.
2. Individual and group contestants are allowed.
3. The duration of the videos should not exceed 3 minutes (submissions that exceed 3 minutes will not be considered).
4. If your video is in a language other than Bahasa Melayu or English, you will have to include subtitles in English or Bahasa Melayu.
5. The production dates of the video must be started from 1st April 2012 and all submissions must reach the organizer by 30th October 2013 at 23.59 (11.59pm).
6. The immediate family members of the organizers and individuals living in the same household with the Organizers, Sponsors, Judges and or Agencies related to the competition are not eligible to participate.
7. No entry fee is required.

3. General Requirements:

1. Video entries must address the theme: ?Green Penang, Count Me In?.
2. Video entries may use any narrative and technical styles, such as documentary, fiction, live action or animation.
3. When submitting the video on any uploaded server (for Example: http://www.sendspace.com/), the Contestant must send the link and include the following information by email to info@pgc.com.my This email address is being protected from spambots. You need Java!--script-- enabled to view it.
1. Video URL
2. Contestant Full Name
3. Contact information (Tel, H/P, and E-mail)
4. Time and date of submission
5. Length and title of the video
6. Synopsis (Not more than 500 words)

1. Each Contestant is only allowed to submit one entry.
2. Once a video is submitted it is considered final and cannot be further modified or edited.
3. Each submission will be tied to one Entrant. In the event that a group of contestants (more than one) work together on a submission, the submission will be entered under the name of a Primary Entrant. In the event that a Submission created by a group (and submitted by a Primary Entrant) is declared the winner in accordance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be awarded to the Primary Entrant and it will be the responsibility of the Primary Entrant to distribute the prize.
4. Each Submission must be participants? original work and not copied from any other sources. Infringement of copyright, privacy, and or explicit material (obscene, horror or defamatory) will be deemed disqualified by the Organizer.
5. All video submissions are the creativity of participants and participants may include the narration and/or other technical means to achieve the final product for submission. Once the final product is submitted, no modification and/or editing are allowed.
6. Participants have to confirm that they have obtained the necessary right, consent and or permission for all the materials, contents and individuals that appears in the video.
7. Each participant may submit Only One video submission. All participants are to cooperate with the Organizer to identify the venue and or individual involved in the video submission.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations, cancel and or suspend the contest should there be any discrepancy in the competition and or the video submission.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to seek damages/penalties and or fees from participants in the Court of Law should there be any civil, criminal, damages and or injuries during the legitimate period of the competition.
10. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages and or loss of item during the course of filming the videos.
11. The decisions of the Organizer and Judges are final.
12. Participants retain the ownership of the video submission. However the Organizers reserves the right to use the video submission for their program, function and or projects (in all promotional media). The Organizer reserves the right to edit and or derive fully or partially the video submission.

1. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Submissions. The Organizers not responsible for lost or late Submissions nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Entrant?s Submissions, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Organizer on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combinations.
2. If for any reason the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the contest.
3. Further, the Organizer reserves sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. The Organizer also reserves the right to select winners from eligible Submissions received during the Contest Period.
4. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any such Entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
5. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the Entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet provider, online service provider or other organization such as a business or educational institution that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. An Entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected Submission.
