We believe the greatest wealth and strength of any nation is its youth. The 1st International Youth Leadership Conference, Malaysia is established in pursuit of empowering global youth to tackle problems facing them, and shape their future. The main !--object--ive of the IYLC Malaysia is bringing together young international leaders from an ethnically diverse background who will execute the ideas which will take birth during their participation at the conference through their interactions with co- delegates. Other !--object--ives of IYLC Malaysia are:

• To facilitate the delegates to learn about various international as well as national institutions and organizations by making them part of real time simulations.
• To help them build a strong network with various international leaders from around the globe by providing a strong platform, & this will continue to work year after year to enhance the credibility of the ideas that are born.
• To make them understand different cultures around the world through the delegates themselves by organizing social events so that they can take the best out of every culture and shape their life accordingly.

Through our past experience of 12 years in organizing IYLC Prague and IYLC UAE, we believe that this interaction provokes communication and dialogue throughout the week, provides an unparalleled learning experience and cross-cultural adventure – an experience of a Lifetime.
