1. Watch the Call-for-Entry video on the UN Channel on YouTube or on this site
2. Make a short video response – up to 30 seconds in length
3. Begin your video with the phrase ?Excuse me, Mr. Secretary-General??
4. Upload your video to YouTube
5. Fill out the entry form on this site
6. (Optional: post your video as a response to the call-for-entry

- The winning videos will be screened at the UN by end of year 2011!
