You have to choose yourself even when others refuse to and this is how you preach self love. One might get the idea of loving oneself means pampering yourself with the best clothes you can wear or putting on the best makeup but self love also means taking care of your mental and physical health, giving yourself space to think about yourself amid all the possible chaos in your life. Our life revolves around constant decision making from the moment we wake up in the morning till we finally fall asleep. When you are in a cross road, you have to choose one path and let go the other one. Most of the times we never know what the abandoned path might have led us. So when we choose one opportunity knocking our door, we are letting go the another one. This friday Miss Nepal World 2015 Miss Evanna Manandhar will be gracing the FDF floor with her insightful and mindful views on "self love and opportunity cost".
