Opportunity Alert for early career Female Foresters¡¯ to enhance their leadership and work for gender equality

Female Foresters¡¯ Network Nepal in Collaboration with RECOFTC¡¯s Weaving Leadership for Gender Equality (WAVES) Program would like to grab your attention for the launch of FFN WAVES Leadership Accelerator Program. This flagship program entitled as ¡°30 Weaving 300¡±: Enabling Ecosystem for Advancing Women¡¯s Leadership and tackling gender inequalities in the Forestry Sector aims to capacitate the selected 30 young early career female foresters on Gender and Leadership development and mentor them to work for Gender Equality in forestry sector.

This two year program will capacitate the selected team 30 through numbers of training on Gender and Leadership development; career coaching and mentoring by experts established in the field, Practical ¡°on-job¡± work experiences opportunities. In addition to this, team 30 will have their own Gender Action Plan for 2 year to be implemented in the organization in which they are affiliated. At the end, they will have been provided the certificate by RECOFTC¡¯s WAVES program with FFN logo.
