Facilitator Reveal for the Workshop on Mental Well Being: ¡°Coping With Stress Due To COVID-19 Pandemic¡±

Due to ease of the lockdown created by COVID-19 Pandemic around the world, many people might be feeling anxious, stressed, worried and scared. Hence, it is important not to just look after our physical well being but also our mental well being. Youth Thinkers¡¯ Society in collaboration with UNICEF Nepal is organizing a Mental Well Being Workshop on the topic ¡° Coping with Stress Due To COVID-19 Pandemic¡± on 6th August, Thursday.

The facilitator for this workshop is Dr Gunjan Dhonju, Mental Health Expert.

Dr Dhonju completed his MBBS and MD Psychiatry from Nepal, followed by Postdoctoral Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from NIMHANS, India. He is currently working as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at Kanti Children's Hospital, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. He is also a team member of the Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health Programme, UNICEF.
