We are elated to announce Mrs. Smrittee Panta as our guest on the opening episode l: [Answering young minds] of "We Grow On Friday , Sharing is caring:More into Agriculture" talk series. Co-founder of Samriddhi Agriculture Research and Development Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Panta holds a Ph.D  on Natural Resource Recreation And Tourism from University of Florida. She also has a master's Degree on Gender Development and Studies from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand where she was honoured with The Alastair M. North prize. She has been involved in many experiences : Gender Consultant at University of Florida, Adjunct Professor at Agriculture And Forestry University, Subject Committe Member at KUSOM to name a few.  Her key research has been on gender, climate change, women enterpreneurship, tourism and hospitality manangement studies.

We hope to learn a lot from her experiences and expertise.
