EYoSA is organizing a webinar on Food safety to Food security in partnership with Krishak ra prabidhi, Ag Grow and Aeroroots. Food safety is a term that encompasses many facets of chemical handling, preparation and storage of food to prevent illness and injury while food security is defined as the availability of food and one's access to it. The webinar aims at discussing different aspects of food safety and security and discuss how can we combat hunger and food insecurity and make food more accessible and affordable to people. We will also be discussing the critical roles of food safety in food security and how can we address food safety challenges. The webinar will help enthusiasts outline the major ideas regarding insurance of sufficient, safe and nutritious food to the present and coming generation. On behalf of this, we will be learning technical aspect of Roof top farming and Hydroponics for producing sufficient and organic food for the cities.
