Free and secured access to mental health has become the prime necessity today. but unfortunately, we are obliged to endure the extreme cases of neglected mental distortions higher than ever. We believe that citizens and especially the students would resort to seeking help and preserving their mental health only if they are amply exerted with the procedures and provisions to do so. Hence, as an attempt to generate proper mental health practices among young people through grass-root education, we present this activity.
