Why is it a curse?
1. In Nepal, 35,000 people die each year due to diseases caused by polluted air. 2. Average life expectancy is reduced by at least four years due to air pollution here. 3. Emissions of CH4 from the agricultural sector are significant. 4. The bowl-like topography contributes significantly to air pollution in Kathmandu 5. Cement industries, leather tanning industries, brick factories, sugar mills have been a curse when it comes to environmental degradation. So, lets unite to take climate action!(on time)

Air pollution is one of the major environmental problem in Nepal. Post after pandemic ,the air pollution has decreased.
