In this execution of the project, there were five activities proposed in this project executed on January 1 to February 2017. The activities included Carbon Farming Acts to elementary schools in Bogor Regency, Carbon Farming Local Tree Species and Seedlings Distribution, Collaborative Carbon Forest Action with Department of Plantation and Forest Trees Nursery, Offline Campaigning with Foreigners about Carbon Farming School Project, and Publication to the United Nations agencies website or IGAF partners. In this time, we will elaborate these activities on this report, and hopefully it will be beneficial to understand our commitment to the environment, notably on tackling climate change burdens.

There were about 160 students who were engaged in this program in which they were educated simply about climate change, biopori, and the importance of agroforest (social forestry) education. This project was conducted on Saturday, 18 February 2017 at SD N Bojong, Cibanteng, Bogor. In this activity there were three students? classes, consisting of 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. As we know, agroforest is closely correlated with agroforestry. As a brief explanation, agroforestry is the integration of trees and shrubs into crop and animal farming systems to create environmental, economic, and social benefits. For management practice to be called agroforestry, it typically must satisfy the four is: intentional, intensive, integrated, and interactive. We also educated the students about climate change, As a brief explanation, climate change is a big concern of the chage of climate and weather with certain characteristics, such as: shifting weather pattern, rising sea levels, warming atmosphere, etc. As the UN Secretary General has said: ?it is the major, overriding environmental issue of our time, and the single greatest challenge facing environmental regulators. Furthermore, biopori was also introduced to the students in which the technology was simply introduced by Bogor Agricultural University to help fertilize agricultural soils by decomposing lignocellulose biomass in ground holes. The technology was implemented more than 10 years ago and it is still well-used in Indonesia. In this education, we educate the students about the importance of forests and agriculture for sequestrating carbon and producing oxygen. In addition, we made an competitive challenges with students to make biopories.

In this sub-activity, the students and teachers also were voluntarily given both fast growing and multi-purpose tree species. It was intended to raise awareness about the importance of trees for carbon storage. In addition, the distribution of these trees was intended to urge the students to rehabilitate their marginalized school garden or backyard as well as lands.

In the last of the Project, we did a photo session. All of us were verily satisfied and happy to know the successful completion of the Project. We will keep sustaining and contributing for climate change solution.
