This is not literature what I am uploading, just my experiences being connected with kids after attending many programs. I felt like sharing this with all Tunza members.

  Every kids have hidden talent in them but they are in need of someone to encourage them, to make them dig themselves and find out how talent they are.

    Yes, life is a competition, exams and scores do matter but interaction among friends and working for self interest is equally important.

    A simple work then it's time to see how united they are, right !! Believe me everyone will say wow seeing their coordination.

    Most of the students do have unique and simple ideas to help our environment and what they need is our help and support. One of the student told me about Left Over Paper Collection, I was highly impressed by him.

    Believe me every kids do have keen interest to work for environment and for our mother earth. It's time to give them opportunity and bring them forward.

    Every student are leader in themselves.

We went to three school for Tunza Eco club formation and last two days we arranged Leadership and Vocational Training for them. This was really an effective training as at the end I would see drastic change in behavior, attitude and interaction capacity in students.

I realized if we want to know about desires of kids then we should be kids with them. Let's be with them and bring them to our platform.
