Earth Day-Little efforts dedicated to mother Earth. |

The day that has been especially dedicated to protection of nature since 1970's is here at our doorsteps. But being the resid:-
ent of this planet i think that everyday is Earth day for me. Doing good gives us immense pleasure which is not comparable to anything else so why not to do a little good everyday? Hence on the occasion of the Earth Day I would like to commit that I shall do everything that is possible from my side for the best of mother nature. And for this Earth Day I have two simple goals. They are:- 1) No light period For this in co-ordination with Green Groups of IOF here at my University we have scheduled 1 hour "no light period" from 7:00PM to 8:000PM NST.    2) Recyling notice board In my University hostel there is a notice board where many notice papers are kept and removed after their purpose is over. And it's a rare case that both sides of the notice papers have prints. So this way every year piles of notice papers are wasted as only front side comes in use. So in order to avoid this loss of paper which are made from the scarce resources I would like to start a small action which is beneficial to me either way. I will collect them and compile so that I can use them to take rough notes or for practicing problems.   So these will be my simple acts for Mother Earth. Thank you Tunza-Ecogeneration for this initiation, small acts of each individual around the globe shall result big changes. Keep loving the nature, reduce carbon footprints, go green, save energy. Yeah,luckily our place was safe and we all are fine.
