Sources in Wild Animal Protection Project in Syria explained that the bear entered the extinction phase, and decreased in numbers due to environmental degradation to his whereabouts, in addition to over fishing. Generally found in the mountainous areas throughout its home range, the Syrian brown bears seem to den and hibernate in caves and tree hollows of the birch forests, which are found at higher elevations than pine and other trees. What a beautiful brown bear. It is such a pitty if this mammal is extinct. Your country should preserved this brown bear. Maybe you can start from online campaign to protect this bear. Your small action can lead to big impact
