the environmental challenges the ability to live with the current way of life and threatens progress in human development worldwide. The UN ignores environmental pollution, but creates institutions like the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) urging the world's nations to support the fight against climate change and protection of ecosystems, to obtain effective results with the support of nations.
Canada, being the world's second followed by Russia's largest country, fulfills the need to conserve and preserve their ecosystems. It has almost 70% of the lakes and the longest coastline in the world as well as being the second country with the purest air. If immediate action is not taken, it can affect so, that in 2050 the serious consequences will be. Another of the issues of greatest importance are the releases and transfers of pollutants. According to statistics from 2005-2010 made with the implementation of power plants using fossil fuels and the cancellation of some facilities, air emissions decreased by 36% and this percentage still remains. Similarly, emissions of greenhouse gases by, has allowed Canada to ally with the United States in conjunction with a plan that will reduce emissions by 30% by 2030 from the levels recorded in 2005.
Seeing that the problems in its international scope affects all nations and that steps should be taken immediately, I proposes that:
• What made aware and improve the care plan and cleaning of affected areas, so that people know that they not only belong to the state it is in each and every one of the Nations, and avoid serious damage in the future using a percentage of the monetary fund.
• Invest 2% of world GDP and make sectors in specific locations so that the percentage of carbon emissions down and have a better resource management.
• Joining the program '' Green Economy '' UNEP to improve human well-being and reduce Eco-environmental risks and the scarcity of ecosystems.

Apart from Canada, emissions of greenhouse gases needs to be curtailed throughout the globe.
