Pollution is the changing of the environment that causes the deterioration of ecosystems, this is due to the transfer and dissemination of smoke, toxic gases, debris and biological contaminants. Note that this is a problem that has been plaguing mankind since ancient times. There are a number of organizations seeking to improve the environment, including the UN, which has helped a lot with the creation of a movement in 1972, the Programme of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the same program helps the larger environment, aiming to promote environmental activities and raise awareness.
The People's Republic of China has accepted the challenge to face the technical challenge of handling and eliminate sources of pollution, achieving the reduction of about 10% of domestic industries between 2011 and 2013, with the same abusive use of industrial chemicals, which are damaging the environment and destroying the ozone layer, in other countries with highly polluting companies was less than 2% of polluting industries shut down, leaving in their markets industries that pollute the environment excessively while the Chinese government shut them fairly. The situation of environmental pollution in China has greatly improved, as they have implemented several programs to reduce it. Among these we find the substitution of many nuclear plants that generate energy, while aggressively contaminated with inconsiderate carbon emissions and other harmful gases, they were replaced by renewable energy plants, such as hydropower plants, such as plant the Three Gorges Dam and solar power plants built by Risen energy across the country, with a total investment of 12 billion dollars Also, China is working closely with neighboring countries to reduce pollution, including Vietnam, with which he carried out a reforestation and recycling plastics.
In view of the importance of protecting the environment, I propose this to the People's Republic of China:
To enact a law that involves the control of the use of industrial chemicals because these are the biggest polluters of the environment, if it be violated by any industry, the company will be closed by decree of the Ministry of Environmental Protection also pay a significant fine to the government, the money earned by the same will go for projects that foster and promote the improvement of the environment.
Empowering teachers through workshops to include in the planning of all schools with a material called 'Environmental Education' ', it will help raise awareness among citizens from an early age in the field of pollution, thus making them people with critical judgment in all matters relating to the issue of environmental care.
Start a reforestation campaign in the hands of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, as in recent years China has suffered heavy deforestation this will help improve the environment considerably, since trees are largely responsible for providing the oxygen we breathe, this will also help neighboring countries such as North Korea and India.

China is actually leading in terms of industry, business and corporation. I believe and nice to see that they are also establishing the ways on how to protect the environment by working on the academe, communities and policies by the government. That is a great report Samuel. :)
