It shows an irresponsibility, because citizenship's health can be affected, and natural degratation increases constantly and with more rapidity.

Dumping of effluents into water bodies (mostly rivers) is not only responsible for widespread water pollution but is also one of the biggest side effects of industrialization. Besides deterioting the heath of the water body which subsequently causes damage to acquatic life, the self-cleansing of the water body also reduces. In my opinion, the most primary solution is the treatment of such effluents before disposal. It is also pleasing to know about youth volunteering to take initiative for such causes through youth groups like the Youth Volunteer Association in your vicinity. Thanks for the article, Belfekroun:)

This is a good program. But preventing from such pollution would be a greater and bigger solution for this. By informing the nearby community and other people living there is a better way regarding the importance of water and environmental preservation.

Thank you for the vivid report, BELFEKROUN! I think the result is irresponsible... Water in dam is mostly used as drinking water for citizen residing around the dam. Not only about fishing, the health of citizen might be under a serious threat.

Your pictures show that there a lot of plastic bottle around the river. It is the sample problem in my country, Indonesia. So, is there any negative impact of red seaweed leakage?
