Indigenous Poplar in Himalaya |

Populus ciliata is an indigenous Poplar species of Himalaya which produces seeds. This Poplar tree is growing in the playground of Hr.Sec.School Gool and is one of the biggest Poplars. Forest department should recommend this tree for Vriksh Mitra Award.
