Do you have any idea about rooftop gardens? I think you do. But now I am going to share the necessity of rooftop gardening from the environmental perspective.
As we know trees are one of the most essential parts of our environment, by doing roof gardening we can easily increase the number of trees specially in city areas where a little or no soil for planting.
Roof gardens are most often found in urban environments. Plants have the ability to reduce the overall heat absorption of the building which then reduces energy consumption. "The primary cause of heat build-up in cities is insulation, the absorption of solar radiation by roads and buildings in the city and the storage of this heat in the building material and its subsequent re-radiation. Plant surfaces however, as a result of transpiration, do not rise more than 4 ? above the ambient and are sometimes cooler."[10] This then translates into a cooling of the environment between 3.6 and 11.3 degrees Celsius (6.5 and 20.3 ?), depending on the area on earth (in hotter areas, the environmental temperature will cool more).
So, let's our roof be green with trees...:)

@Huzzatul Oh this is a very good opportunity!
@Unmesh Sure, we need to consider engineering terms of view also.

Yes, this is a real green concept, but at the same time we need to understand the additional load coming to the building structure...so type of plant may be the key factor here...

We can launch a photo competition regarding rooftop gardening. Everyone will start a rooftop garden and send their photos. Finally the best one will be rewarded.

Actually I have seen a rooftop garden in my friend's house in my village which was our favorite place for gossiping at afternoon and also in full-moon night. Cause I am living in city now there is no garden or even a place for gardening and I really miss those gardens.
From the above consequences this idea has been in my mind.
