These are the two sites in the Philippines considered to be rich in terms of endemism and high in biodiversity. You can find species of plants and animals which cannot be found in the other parts of the world. This deserved to be included in the list of the most precious natural resources in South East Asia.

Philippine Government, Specially the Biodiversity Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, is aiming strict laws and policy in protecting these two sites through Republic Act 7586 which is also known as National Integrated Protected Areas System Act or NIPAS ACT. In this way, there will be a strict protection and guidance within the boundary of the area, proper information, education and communication to the communities near the protected area. Thanks for reporting Jekk. Caring for protected areas is collective responsibility of public & govt alike.
    Both are the caretakers.
