Which one is the most important: air, water, land, energy, climate change, ecosystem?

Which three labels, (high importance (H), medium importance (M), and low importance (L)), shall we use to evaluate the importance of environmental issues such as air, water, land, energy, ecosystems, climate change?

How do we scale and enable the classification of the environmental issues?

Since all of these issues are dependent on each other, they are all important aspects of the environment that we need to take into account to properly assess the environmental problems we are having. For example, both air and water can be sources of energy. Also, ecosystems are spread all over the land and their interaction determine the climate and the way it changes.
