Unplugged : Commitment Ceremony, started at 10AM, 22nd April
as I stated what the objective was and why was I asking them to commit in this manner,
I answered few questions they had for me,
Pramisha Thapaliya, my friend and also a Tunza eco gen. member shared her views and appreciated the local approach I had taken.
Then Subash Sunar, my friend, supported the event and requested everyone to realize their strength and lead in tune with the Earth Day 15 theme and start by making life style changes on a personal level rather than cursing government and authorities.
Then I asked Ritika Lamichhane, core member The Eco minions and also a tunza member to share her thoughts and start the commitment ceremony.
We were 35 persons to begin with(some left early to take their class) , we wrote our commitment and read one by one in front of everyone.
The dedication in the commitment were interesting, few funny, many emotional and all appealing.
Then we took group snaps to round off things and concluded.
I am extremely thankful to Madan, Sangam, Bibek, Rohit, subash,Naseeb, Sudeep, Ashish, Ritika, Rakshya, Purnima, Pramisha , pratiksha and all other present.
Special thank you to TEM president & Tunza Ambassador & My friend Rahul Acharya for his support and for the tunza paper scale to promote recycling.
I am grateful for the feedback from Ronish, Aksana, Saroj Dai, Bimochan, kiran and finally to tunza.eco-generation for being the platform which motivates me to carry out my ideas no matter how small.
Thank You!
