A BRAND LESSON FROM THE TOWER OF BABEL

-While reading Gen 11:1-9 this morning, I found the story of the tower of Babel tp be a branding classic. Son of men were able to unite beacuse they had one language and God knew that they would achieve anything they set out to do, so He did something about it: He confused their language!

FFT:
In your organization, you will be able to achieve greatness to the extent to which everyone 'speaks the same language'. Meaning there must be a single, simple yet strong definitive QUALITY/VALUE everyone in and outside the system can identify and work with.
Until you achieve that, you're just another confused or common identity-  A COMMODITY!
