Coordinating program from root to apex isn't an easy job, its need some passion, some leadership, some happiness to be given out, some time to be invested. These all I learned from the "Leadership Development Training on Environment program". (JAN 11/12)

I got opportunity to be Program Coordinator for LDTE program. At fist I thought that it's easy to manage a program but things changed apparently and I realized how much passionate, flexible and tactful should a Coordinator be. Collecting funds, managing schedule with all, not only this I need to move ahead with emotional stability too with different ups and downs.

Fund matters, Cooperation helps, Guidance supports, Students active participation encourages to give some thing, something new never given, new way never walked, new thought for positive encouragement, for betterment of environment. These al constraints are resources for further, a way to build me stronger, a way to pave success. It was my first and new experience doing such...

Now I can say , I am grown up on leading , a strong courage fills me I learnt much more from these all problems and resources.

With the encouraging team members and curious kids gives a huge satisfaction. WOW! Its all you TUNZA, giving me such a platform. I was little bit nervous and afraid at first doing program in school holidays, managing the hall, taking responsibility if anything happens there.

Doing this... remains to do that.. Oops ! Was about to quit! From the morning to the late night, that schedule was moving on my head. Then finally the long awaited leadership development on training starts with hope leading my strength far ahead.
