Any national, regional and international summit, conferences, workshop, training, seminar  are very important for the future strategies, present situation, identify  problems, opportunities and way to solve those problem and grab those opportunities. Such program is necessary to engage the people in the certain activity and to work in the coordinate manner in future. Many people from different place are invited in the event and they learn many things from the event and supposed that they will disseminate that learning to their nation or local level. For the exchange of the new technique, dissemination of the acquired idea to the mass, development new idea for the proposed project and use of the holistic approach to solve the problems is major goals. As we know the problem solving approach should be the holistic approach for the sustainable development and for this we need to integrate much technique together to solve the problem.

So I want to express that the there should be the integral participation of all people in the event not only from the expert participation. All lower class people, indigenous people, disadvantaged group and least developed and developing country people should have provide the opportunity to take part in such event. They should have given opportunity to put their own view about the changing condition because they are the most vulnerable community. There should be inclusive and integrated participation in every development work plan. It would be better to include the each country member rather than many members from the single country. This makes the equal opportunities for the least developed and developing country. Most of people lived in the developing country are considered as the poor people and they always remain poor unless they are given the opportunity to take part in such program. I hope integrated participation only give the effective result. Low income people should be encouraged and should help them to find the right way. Inclusive development is need for the sustainable development. So, I want to request the entire Tunza eco generation lover to raise the voice on the inclusive development and integrated participation.
