Pollution in Small Parts of India.

by | 20-03-2013 02:28 recommendations 0

Hello everyone,

Even though I am new to TUNZA, I have been observing and thinking of ways to check pollution in small parts of India for a long time. The biggest problem with the small parts is that most of the people there don't even know about pollution and continue to hurt mother earth recklessly. In the big cities, continuous drives, events and conferences have made sure that people are aware of the harmful effects of pollution. Currently, I am living in Patna, the capital city of the state of Bihar but I have lived in many small parts of Bihar and it is shocking to see how uneducated people are about the environment.

India is a country which comprises mostly of villages and small towns where people hate to have a break in their routine, let alone doing something for the environment consciously. This is the case not only with Bihar but with most of the small towns and cities in India. There is an apparent lack of dedicated bodies in such small parts of India.
One thing, however, is notable that rivers in India are relatively clean. That is because Indians, traditionally, have worshiped rivers as Goddesses and so, try their best not to pollute them.
These small parts can be crucial in the fight against pollution and ecological imbalance. Let's think about something friends and work with TUNZA to address this concern.

Cheers:-)

Welcome to Eco-generation family, Lakshya :)
As you wrote that you were surprised at how the people are unaware of the environment, education is a crucial factor to mitigate climate change.
