First and foremost.................Happy World Environment Day to all environmentalists.

Right from morning till evening I was busy in activities.Today was the day when I was rewarded for my efforts throughout the year. I managed to get 2nd runner up in the mobile phone campaign organized my EEG. I was awarded in the EEG awarding ceremony.

This time I celebrated my world environment day in quite a different way. Unlike celebrating it every year in school, this year I celebrated it in Dubai mall, the worlds largest mall. There were many programmes and workshop going in the star atrium from 3rd June to 5th June.

Luckily I got to attend a workshop by Ministry of Environment and Water. All thanks to synergy I was invited for the workshop. There were many stalls participating on world environment day like Immdad, Panasonic Eco ideas who take pledge to stop wasting for the sake of planet and people, tobacco free Dubai, Jafza, Dubai silicon oasis authority and Dubai electricity and water authority(dewa). All the companies kept their merchandisers, like jute bags, plants, pads made out of recycled paper, etc. so that people and give thought about the environment. Every company participating made sure that people walk with hands full of Eco friendly products. Holding all these Eco friendly products actually made me motivated and celebrate world environment day everyday. All in all, it was a day well spent.
