Good Initiative turned Sour

by | 12-06-2013 16:55 recommendations 0

Recently I noticed that Bee?ah has taken an appreciable step for caring for environment  in Sharjah Emirate. Adjacent to the garbage dumps in the market areas they have kept big bins for collecting Cardboard & Paper waste. The idea is that the shopkeepers & public does not throw such waste in the waste bins. The special bin are big in size & quite easily & prominently noticeable.

People have started using them. They throw the Cardboard & Paper in the Bins & they become quite stuffed also sometimes. I regularly see Bee?ah workers removing the material from bins early in the morning when I go down to catch my school bus.

Despite, such an easy arrangement I notice some careless souls just throwing the cardboards around. They do not take care to dispose in a proper manner. The waste just lies on the ground neglected. Such a behavior is callous & insensitive. Government is trying its best to make our lives better, surroundings beautiful & hygienic. Its? our call now. We all must support the good initiatives. Public has to respond & come up to the mark.

I urge all readers to take a note of this & please dispose properly & at the appropriate place.
