I am writing with a small suggestion. I have joined this forum recently. I have noticed that Ecogen keeps organising various contests to encourage us and to increase our participation. As usual, we in UAE, participate wholeheartedly! With respect to the awards and souvenirs being sent by Ecogen, I have a suggestion.

Most of us on this platform know each other, many being from same schools also. Otherwise also we keep meeting and bumping into each other at many functions and events. When some of us win any contests and are to receive any awards, we can request Ecogen to send these city-wise if possible. For example, 4 winners (of T-shirts) for the current month's contest are all from my school as I saw in Ecogen notice. The winners can easily coordinate and collect the prize from any one if it is sent to one person instead of 3 or 4. This way there will be only one courier instead of 3 or 4. As we all know, we add to our carbon footprint by every activity that we carry out involving use of natural resources. By reducing the number of couriers, I feel that we can contributing to reducing CO2 emission from our own actions, even if in a small way.

Please think about it, if you feel it can work, and we can consider it for future.
