Students For The Earth becomes a part of all initiatives and events that help the world make a better place. We are also now an Earth Charter Youth Group and we also have become a part of the Ocean project, end ecocide, etc As you know , We have also taken part in activities that contribute to humanity. Our last two events were specifically related to social benefit and humanity. We organized an iftar for 250 labourers and also broke the fast along with them :) The recent one being the "Big Heart Campaign". I wasn't there in the UAE during that time, and the event was taken care of by our Sfe. organizing team comprising of Madhu aunty, Arushi, Vishvant and Faisal. They conducted the event very well, organizing the volunteers, etc. Many things like pearls, etc were sold which were donated by a big merchant. All the proceeds would go for the Big heart campaign. The event falls under the Big Heart Campaign for Syrian children, an initiative launched by Shaikha Jawaher Bint Mohammad Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
