Youth now-a-days are being integral part for development all-round the globe. They are the future and they bear a mind for revolutionary change, the positive change, according the need and necessity, realizing the possible drawbacks and future effects.

Nepal, a developing country bear tremendous challenges and difficulties for youth. According to data revealed by Tribhuvan International Airport 2012 more than 1800 youths fly for overseas jobs and opportunities per day. Just imagine how tragic the situation is. The country is triggering the development in backward motion. The ongoing political situation, corrupted administration,  lack of well implemented rules and regulation and insufficient job opportunities are the major problems prevailing here in our nation. Due to corrupted administration the one with low potential get chance to enroll in vacant post leaving potential mind behind. This create chaos sometimes and leads to frustration, finally the result of brain drain comes. Likely muscle drain is also a significant problem which have significant effect in society. We could find old age, women and children in rural society.

With a view to collect ideas of youth about the development process, that may be either of the field i.e. agriculture, environment, education, health, politics etc and to take the appropriate and practical ideas which is sustainable and adds for the development process to  the concern authorities our youth led nonprofit organization "Youth for Conservation and Sustainable Agriculture- (YCSA)" initiated discussion session "YOUTH ON DISCUSSION"  from 26th August 2013 and will be organized fortnightly now onward.

Today's session was with a topic "You and Agriculture" which want to reflects youth voice on agriculture and their future planning after being agriculture graduates. Well said Anish that Youth are integral part of any country's development but brian drain is one bitter fact of many developing economies. "Youth on discussion" is very good initiative to listen to youth & collect their ideas , opinions and views. Thanks for sharing.
