Nourish your mind with positive vibes and skills in this crisis

Hello everyone!

I hope everyone is being self locked and getting busy on your works at home. To those who are feeling bored of being bored; you can enjoy your hobbies in this period of crisis.

I have seen many youths getting themselves busy in ineffective works; it's their choice still I wish if an energetic mind get utilized in something good.

There are many ways by which we can make ourselves busy:

- In this period of time, we have a good opportunity of spending time with our family members which whom we haven't been in touch for long time but this crisis had made us come together closing all the works and schools.

- We can share an experiences of grandparents about what actually they used to do in their time when they were youths and child. We can learn 60-70 years history back and you will feel awesome to listen to it, trust me!

- If you are the only one at home; still you have choices, you can make yourselves busy and enjoy your hobbies in which you have not got chance to indulge due to your busy schedules in past days.

- You can try cooking new dishes with numbers of recipes ideas from YouTubes.

- You can read novel since there are many online books available in this period. You can check opportunities section in the Tunza Eco Generation itself for books.

- You can enroll yourself in several online courses of your choice.

- You can play musical instruments of your choice. If you have real musical instruments; it would be great. Even if you haven't it in real; there are several apps which gives you feeling of playing and practicing like a real musical instruments.

- You can learn different languages online. Since Tunza Eco Generation has many members from diverse countries; I believe if you wish to learn, Eco warriors would definitely assist you. Personally, if you like to learn Nepali; I would love to help.

- You can decorate your home garden also you can play with your pets if you have any.

- You can also make yourselves busy in household activities though it's normal; except for the students and people who live in hostel; it's a usual duty to do. 

- You can also read books of your choice; comic or course books or any others.

- You can contact people in your circle in this period of crisis and motivate them and you can support them morally to stand strong being calm.

There are several ways by which you can make this lockdown overcome with something effective works to be remembered apart from Corona virus only. Nourish your energetic mind with handful of skills and positive vibes, Eco Warriors!

Get self locked!
Stay at home!
Stay calm and strong!
Boost your immune system!
Stay safe!

    Yesh, i really do agree with your words. This self quarentined period can be spent full of fun .. As you have mentioned, we can create a great bond with our family and ofcourse do participate in those indoor games with our siblings..
